Main Features:
● The test force application mechanism designed by applying
Pascal's law is stable and impact-free, effectively meeting the
requirements of the Brinell hardness test method;
● The test force application mechanism, pressure sensor and Brinell
spindle indenter are directly connected to form the Brinell
hardness test head technology-bistable direct-drive hardness tester
loading unit, which has obtained a national invention patent and
two utility model patents;
● Adopting ARM high-speed processor, fully automatic closed-loop
pressure sensor control system, electronic control of loading and
unloading test force, high force value accuracy;
● Automatic turret; fully automatic conversion of optical lens and
indenter;
● One-button start, automatic lifting and lowering of Z axis,
automatic completion of loading-holding-unloading, automatic
indentation measurement and hardness value display;

Scope of Application:
