Main Features:
● The test force mechanism designed by applying Pascal's law,
stable and impact-free, effectively meeting the requirements of the
Brinell hardness test method;
● The test force mechanism, pressure sensor and Brinell spindle
indenter are directly connected to form the Brinell hardness test
head technology-bistable direct-drive hardness tester loading unit;
● Adopting ARM high-speed processor, fully automatic closed-loop
pressure sensor control system, electronic control of loading and
unloading test force, high force accuracy;
● Cast iron shell, solid structure, good rigidity, reliable,
durable, high test efficiency;
● LCD touch screen, reading microscope under the machine, manual
input indentation diameter to display hardness value;
● Test force loading-dwell-unloading is fully automatic, and the
loading and unloading process dynamically displays the time-force
value curve;
● The screen can display test force, indentation length, dwell
