iqualitrol metallographic grinding and polishing machine is mainly
used for grinding and polishing metallographic specimens. It can
also be used for grinding and polishing ceramics, glass, PCB,
plastic and other materials.
This machine can choose to use pressure ring mounted card or
magnetic adsorption method to place sandpaper and polishing pad,
the work is more stable. Magnetic adsorption is mainly used to
overcome the shortcomings of pleating of traditional carded
polishing fabrics.
The polishing fabric with pressure-sensitive adhesive is affixed to
the polishing film and then adsorbed on the magnetic film. Second,
the replacement of sandpaper and polishing pad is more convenient.
