Brief Introduction and Features:
The iqualitrol iRock-440T automatic full Rockwell hardness tester
adopts a new aluminum alloy die-casting process, with a sturdy and
stable shell, novel and beautiful appearance.
The instrument adopts weight loading mechanism, which can perform
hardness tests on all Rockwell and superficial Rockwell scales,
one-button operation, and automatic testing.
The GRR (Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility) of iRock-440T less
than 10%, excellent repeatability and reproducibility, and reliable
measurement.
The machine system is classic and stable, the body is extremely
rigid, the operation interface is friendly, and it is easy to use
and maintain.
iRock-440T can not only meet the high standards of hardness testing
in laboratories, but also is suitable for routine hardness testing
in the industry on automatic production lines.
The hardness of the screw rod after heat treatment reaches between
35HRC and 40HRC, which is conducive to the stability of the
detection data at different heights of the screw rod. The screw rod
after heat treatment and wire drawing process is solid and
wear-resistant, which greatly reduces the probability of the screw
rod wear caused by long-term use and the gap that eventually
affects the measurement stability;
Adopting 1:1 high-precision displacement sensor, real-time display
of test depth;
Adopting 8-inch high-definition touch screen display and operation,
the newly upgraded structure and electrical design, one-button
operation, both excellent test efficiency and operation experience;
Supports conversion of various hardness scales, can select
different conversion standards, realize one value multiple
conversion function, and can display 4 conversion hardness values
at the same time;
One-click to complete the workpiece lifting, force loading, dwell,
unloading, display hardness value, and the test bench returns to
the initial position;
With data storage, out-of-tolerance prompt function, automatically
calculate the maximum, minimum, average value, etc., can output the
test results to USB disk, and equipped with RS232 interface for
users to connect to the computer output.
