Brief Introduction:
Model iqualitrol Q-100B, Q-80Z Auto cutting machine is composed of
main machine, electric control box, cutting room, motor, cooling
system, cutting grinding wheel and other parts.
Q-80Z Cutting Machine can cut round workpiece with the diameter of
80mm or less, you can also cut rectangular specimens with Height
under 80mm, Depth under 200mm.
Q-80Z cools the sample through a self-circulating cooling system to
prevent burning the structure of the specimen from overheating
during the cutting process.
The machine can also cut different samples by setting the cutting
speed, thus improving the quality of the cutting sample.
The machine is divided into manual cutting and automatic cutting.
Large volume of the cutting room, more convenient for cutting use,
it is one of the necessary sample preparation equipment of the
tertiary institutions, factories and enterprises.
The cutting machine can cut not only diameter of 100mm cylinder
work-piece, but also can cut rectangular specimens within the
cutting of height 70mm, depth 100mm.
Cooling system to prevent overheating and burning during the
cutting process. Cutting speed can be preset in accordance with the
different specimen so as to improve the quality of cutting samples.
Support manual cutting and automatic cutting. It is more convenient
